About
Hi, I'm TJ. I built this system for my own family.
I'm a filmmaker and father in a large blended family in Denver, Colorado. For years I watched our family footage pile up — on phones, in iCloud, on old hard drives — never watched, never organized, slowly disappearing into digital obscurity.
So I built a system. Every month, I create one chronological assembly of our footage. Basic color correction. Basic audio cleanup. No polished film — just our life, made watchable. My kids love scrubbing through them. So do I.
Mr. Home Movies exists to teach this system to other families. Through free YouTube content, courses, and community — and for families in the Denver area, I'll help you build it yourself.
